Due its theoretical competence and practical experience, the Consultant may advice on the most frequently applied approaches of rural extension, such us the “Traditional public extension approach”, the approach of “Commodity extension” or “Vale chain extension”, “extension by educational institutes”, and the approach of “extension integrated with agricultural investigation”.

It has experience in centralized and de-centralized extension modalities, in co-financed modalities by direct beneficiaries and private extension modalities subsidized by the Government (outsourced service).

It provides guidelines for an effective rural extension and analysis ex-ante (base line) and ex-post (impact) of rural extension projects. It is specialized in methods of rural extension (individual methods, group methods, demonstrations, study tours and field trips) y rural extension channels (radio, mobile phone services, print media, television media) and modern channels of information and communication – ICT.
